Another way is to first open the command console " cmd "in the folder where you want to delete the file, then pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and close the task manager the process" explorer.exe ", using this closed, go to the console window with Alt + Tab, and run the command "The filename", once removed, return to task manager and file and new task, there write "explorer" to return to normal. ;)
