Orquimel semihydroponic Orchid Growing Techniques to recover

semihydroponic Orchid Cultivation

What is the culture semihydroponic?

semihydroponic cultivation is a technique of soil-plant are grown in an inert medium and fed nutrient solutions grow (manure) that are added to irrigation. The subscriber is done once a week and every 15 days is a general wash to avoid concentrations of salts. Every 3 or 5 days, depending on the temperature has to complete the water level.

In this technique we need the following materials:
* container (preferably clear plastic or colored.) Or glass.
* Leka (Arlita, expanded clay pellets) 1 Cm. in diameter.
* fertilizer.
* Orchid.

How do I do?

First we must have the appropriate container and make the holes for drainage, these holes have to be lateral (horizontal) at the bottom never have to be about 5 cm. the base of the container (can be a bit higher, depending on the size of the container, which must be in relation to the size of the plant)
Once the drain is placed or arlita leka (or may be stones rio), place the plant that previously had to get it out of the pot or stand and roots thoroughly washed.
Cover the roots with stones and accommodates the plant to make it right, you can put a tutor if you fall.

Note:
The bottom of the container must be provided with water, which will go up the plant by capillary action and evaporation.
