The middle class is angry about the increase he received last month in their electric bills and gas. But the worst is yet to come: the energy consumption grew strongly by the cold wave of ballots in September will bring the surprises of the recategorizations by the increased use of stoves, with rises of up to 50% on the ballot above, which came with increases of up to 400 percent.
